Here at World Famous City Bar Downtown in Lafayette, we have a history of great times dating back to 1927, when the Original City Bar in Maurice, LA was opened. You've drank the World Famous Bloody Mary that is our signature drink, as well as seen that we have the best bottled beer collection around. In fact, City Bar Maurice and City Bar Downtown have been voted "The Best" in Lafayette and Maurice for years. Downtown has been voted "Best Bar in Acadiana" in The Times of Acadiana each year since 2006!
